The Spotlight on Poland project, is an annual conference combined with a study tour for the business and leisure tourism sector. The aim of the project is to promote Polish tourist destinations and share Polish culture, heritage and hospitality with the world. Hosted buyers from Europe, America, Asia  and Africa are invited to participate in the conference. We want to build together through tourism a more sustainable future for all of us.
We talk about trends in tourism, including sustainability, the increased need for security or virtualization. We listen to what tourists and business partners expect from us. After so many challenges facing us today including earth quakes, pandemic, military aggressions and climate change we us humans need to meet face to face, make real connections, embrace transformation and reimagine the future.
We firmly believe that fun has the remarkable ability to bring people together and strengthen relationships. Therefore, we are committed to showcasing Poland and its diverse tourist regions through a series of joyful experiences that will leave a lasting impact on your journey with us. From immersive discussions to cultural activities. Poland offers a wealth of opportunities for you to explore, enjoy, and be inspired.
Spotlight on Poland will be held from October 4 to 8, 2023 in Krakow, and we genuinely hope that you will join us for this extraordinary event. By participating, you will not only have the opportunity to experience the unique wonders of Polish regions Malopolska and Silesia,  but also contribute to the collective vision of building a sustainable tourism.

Poland is situated in the centre of Europe. It represents in many ways a bridge between Eastern and Western part of continent and this is reflected culturally in its charming mix of modern city skylines and traditional village based culture.
Poland has a good access to the Baltic Sea and is located at the crossroads of import and transit routes, that enhance the development of country’s economy, trade and all sorts of international relations. Poland is the largest of the East European countries which joined the European Union in May 2004
Poland is a stable democracy with truly fascinating history, great cultural heritage and wonderful natural areas. Polish cities are sure to welcome tourists with a plenty of things to see and do, offering distinctive sights and rich cultural programs. Whether you are into museums or kite-surfing, sleeping by the Masurian Lake, folk crafts or fine dining, dancing in a bar, or listening to classical music in an ancient church, you will not be disappointed.
