Lublin & Region Convention Bureau acts as a neutral partner to the organisers of events which are hosted in the Lubelskie
Voivodeship. The unit has access to a regularly updated regional conference and hotel infrastructure
database.
The Lublin & Region Convention Bureau provides assistance in attracting events to the Lubelskie Voivodeship, including support to the scientific and business circles at all stages of attracting an event and support to domestic and foreign organisers with event planning. It presents the infrastructure
available for a specific event at a given time, assists with the initial booking of venues, acts as a partner during study tours to the region, and organises business-to-business meetings between representatives of the conference industry in the region and Polish and foreign event organisers.
