I accept the terms of the license agreement when downloading images or videos from website www.meetinpoland.pl.

This agreement (this “Agreement”) applies if you download a photograph or movie (collectively, the “Work”) from our website www.meetinpoland.pl. By downloading the Work, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and that this Agreement applies to each Work that you download. This Agreement does not effectuate any sale of the Work.

1. License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify or display the Work, subject to the restrictions in point 2.

2. Restrictions

2.1. you may use, display, or modify the Work in connection with bBusiness and promotional purposes, only in the scope of acquiring and organizing conferences and business meetings in Poland.

2.2. You must not:

2.2.1. sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer or attempt to transfer any of your rights under this Agreement;

2.2.2. sell, license or distribute the Work or any modified Work as stand-alone or as part of an online database or any other database, or any derivative product containing the Work in such way that would allow a third party to use, download, extract or access the Image as a stand-alone file;

2.2.3. share the Work with any other person or entity or post the Work online in a downloadable format, post the Work on an electronic bulletin board;

3. Your relationship is with Polish Conference & Congress Association, based in Warsaw, 00-030, Pl. Powstańców Warszawy 2 pok A19, registered in the register of associations KRS 0000152119.

4. In case of disagreement, the Parties shall endeavor to resolve them in an amicable manner. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of Polish Conference & Congress Association.

5. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any user Work or other content infringes upon your copyright or your trademark, please let us know by sending us an IP infringement claim. E-mail: info@meetinpoland.pl
