Spotlight on Poland 2025 conference: People, Place, Purpose
Our theme, ‘People, Place, Purpose’, provides the foundation for transformative conversations and practical solutions. In Part I: An Inclusive Future, expert-led sessions will explore how accessibility, sustainability and equal opportunities can drive economic growth, solve labour shortages and ensure everyone has access to travel experiences. From a new perspective on accessibility as a business asset to supporting future generations through sustainable tourism, we will delve into practical strategies that work. The session will also be expanded to include the concept and topic of neurodiversity in events.
Part II offers a fresh perspective with interactive workshops entitled "The Happiness Blueprint: Integrating Wellbeing in Life and Work", designed to help professionals connect personal fulfilment with professional goals.
Finally, participants from the Polish industry and invited hosted buyers will attend a joint networking dinner.
The programme will also be enriched by MICE BINGO – the moderator will ask guests questions in English about their professions. The questions will concern where they work and what events they organise, and will later be linked to the relevant people using the word "BINGO". An additional networking area will be set up for this purpose.
